When you feel lost and stuck at the same time…
You CAN find your way forward.
“The only questions that matter are
the questions that only you can answer.”
When I lost my wife to cancer, I felt like I had lost my life as well.
She was my constant through my combat deployment to Afghanistan, my rock during my challenging policing career, and the courage I needed to hang up my uniform after 15 years of service.
Who was I now? How could I find meaning after what we’d been through? How could I reclaim control of my life?
It felt like I was trying to launch an airplane on a runway that was too short. No matter how hard I tried, the runway would end, and I would crash and burn.
How was I supposed to build a meaningful life again, be a supportive and providing father for my young kids, and find fulfillment when I could barely keep things together?
It was this journey that led me to find the answer to the age-old question:
What is the purpose of my life?
Although there is no universal answer, there is a proven framework and method for you to discover it for yourself. And now, I have resolved to share what I’ve learned with any who seeks it.
If you’ve ever faced a moment where everything familiar seemed to vanish, this work is for you.
Reclaim Your Power:
How are you supposed to find meaning when you feel like you don’t even recognize yourself anymore?
Your whole life was leading you to this point, but now, you look in the mirror and don’t recognize the person looking back:
You feel lost and out of control - you can’t escape the feeling that you were meant for something more, but what? How can you reclaim your agency in life?
You feel stuck - no matter what you try, you can’t break free from old thought patterns and behaviours. Why isn’t this working anymore? What am I doing wrong?
You feel overwhelmed - the world doesn’t make sense anymore, your career, relationship, or life is no longer bringing fulfillment. What is wrong with me?
Here’s the thing:
You aren’t broken. You are breaking free.
We are taught to start with purpose and goals. So we start an endless cycle of external searching to find fulfillment, looking outside ourselves for meaning… but here’s the problem:
What if that sense of purpose and meaning can’t come from external sources?
What if the only way to find the answer is to look inward?
Where do you start?
Starting with “why” is an outdated and broken model. The real question is, “Who am I?”
You are feeling an urge for a reason.
Your intuition is telling you that something is missing. It’s telling you that you need a change. But how can you find out what that is?
The only way is to start removing the conditioning, releasing the traumas, and rediscovering your true self.
It’s only when you’ve met the real you that you can begin the work of building the bridge between your current self and the future version of you that can answer these questions with confidence and conviction:
Why do I feel this way?
Why am I here?
How can I finally find meaning and fulfillment in a world that is no longer making sense?
